Team Changes

Hello Team Captains!
Well, team registration has come to an end!  But, if you did not get your team completed, no worries!  You will have until March 15 to fine tune and make changes to your team.
If you need to make any changes, such as swap members, add additional members, switch to the virtual relay, etc., please contact me with your team name and request.  Below are a few things to remember:

• The team captain is responsible for making sure her/his team is complete and correct.  Please log on to Run Sign Up and check the team's roster.
• Any additional members will need the team's password in order to join the the team.  
• If your team qualifies for the BGR double bling and you add additional members beyond the original number you registered on or before the cutoff date, then the additional members will not qualify for the double bling.
• Tshirts are no longer guaranteed.  This includes swapping members, adding new members, and virtual registration.

If you would like to add an additional member, contact me and I will add an additional spot to your team so that the new member can register.  You will be invoiced for payment through Run Sign UP.  Also, if you are looking for additional members, please do not forget the Runner Information form.  I put a strike through the people who have contacted me saying they have been picked up by a team.  If you happen to come across additional people who have been picked up but has not been marked off on the spreadsheet, please let me know.

I would like to "Shout Out" team captain Deborah Anderson who suggested I add information on how to switch a member to the virtual relay to the Captain's Corner!
